| Here are the points of preventive maintenance that one should care for. |
| ~ Lubricate paddlewheel bearings and inspect for wear and seal leakage. ~ Lubricate Motor Bearings. ~ Change Motor Oil with Factory Recommended Lubricants. ~ Test Run Paddlewheel to full Speed and Re-Calibrate as necessary. ~ Inspect flanges for leakage and tighten as required. ~ Inspect electrical ground points. ~ Inspect filters and service as needed. ~ Lubricate water recirculation pump as required. ~ Check all mounted and handheld motor controls. ~ Check automatic feeders, ozonators, and other optional equipment. ~ Provide you with a comprehensive written report of all findings. |
